A ginger cookie dipped in a Pumpkin Spice latte is what I think Christmas would taste like. I have successfully avoided Starbucks this entire year, but when I read on Caroline's blog that they had the holiday specials up, I was over there that same day. I got really excited because we have a cappuccino machine in the dining center and they put in a flavor called Pumpkin Spice and I about knocked over a couple of girls to get a cup.
