GoF was really good. Probably my favorite overall, though I liked the editing and flow of PoA a lot better. And the score really, really sucked. Normally I don't pay attention to the score the first time I see a movie, but I couldn't help noticing the bad. Heavy-handed and gimmicky.

The acting was solid throughout, except Hermione at the ball, which could have been an editing problem and not EW. This was probably my favorite part of the movie; I love Snape and I love the twins. More twins + Snape = good.
